Shopping
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order. You may amend your order in the "Shopping Cart" section.
Shop By Category
Our catalogue is broken down into sections, eg Vitamin E, then usually
sub-sections, eg Vitamin E 500iu. Click on this to display individual
brands and sizes, eg Rosemarys Vitamin E 500iu, 30.capsules.
Basic information is displayed underneath the product description; for
more info click on "Label information" (info from the bottle) or
"Product information" (info from our research database).
Click on "Buy Product" to purchase a product and follow on line
instructions.

Ordering
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Connect, Electron, Amex and Solo
cards or payment in advance by posted cheque. This will usually take an
additional 7 days before delivery. We no longer accept cheques.
We do not charge
for any
item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged
until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via

Edit an Order
After confirming an item it can be viewed and edited by going into
"shopping cart".
Cancel an Order
Should you want to cancel an order after sending it to us, please email

Shipping
International Shipping
All non-UK European orders under £50 will be subject to a
£3 charge towards our post and packaging costs. All orders
for delivery outside Europe will attract a minimum charge of
£10 towards our costs irrespective of order size or value, we
will quote individually upon application. All non-UK charges apply to
orders up to 2 kilo in weight, above that (and all non-European orders)
we will quote individually upon application.
How do I Return a
Product?
In the unlikely event of a product failing to be as you required we
will be happy to accept it back within three months of the date of
purchase for a full refund. Please contact us,
as above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost or Damaged
Shipment
If your UK delivery has not been received within 7 days and we have not
contacted you with a reason, please contact us (as above) and we will
track your delivery and advise as necessary. Non-UK orders may take up
to 14 days.

If
the Label
Information and Product
information pop-up windows do not work..
This may be due to the anti virus software blocking all pop-up windows.
If you are using Internet Explorer, Norton Anti-Virus adds a security
tool bar with a pop-up blocker set to on by default. Look for the
second icon to the right of the "Search" button, click on this and
un-tick "Pop-up-blocker".
If you
are having problems placing an on-line order, try the following.
- reset
your security levels to default (cookies are enabled*).
- check
if Java is enabled
Checking
security levels: Internet
Explorer:
TOOLS>
Internet Options> Privacy > Move the slider to "Medium"
Click OK to accept any change.
On
Mozilla and Netscape:
Edit>
Preferences> Privacy & Security (click the small arrow)
> Cookies>
Select "Allow cookies based on privacy settings" Click- "View" choose
"medium"
click OK (twice) to exit.

Java
problems
On
Internet Explorer.
Go to >Tools > Internet Options>Advanced.
Scroll down and you should find a heading “Java
(Sun)” if the box saying “Use Java 2 v
xxx” is not ticked, tick it and close the browser.
On
Mozilla and Netscape:
Edit>Preferences>Advanced>On the right hand pane
on this window you should see a series of tick boxes. The top one is
“Enable Java” tick this and click OK.
Close down and then open the browser again.
This
should solve the problem if not check that Java is present on your
system.
In
Windows you can check if Java is on your system by:
Start>Control Panel>Add & Remove Programs- Look
for “Java 2 Runtime Environment SE V1.4.X. (X=version
number). There will probably be Java Web start as well. Click on Cancel
to get out of this.
If there is no trace of Java on your computer it can be obtained from:

Choose
